Board meeting

Legal Aid of the Bluegrass is governed by a 24 member board of directors consisting of 15 lawyers recommended by local bar associations, 8 people chosen by community service providers and 1 representative interested in the provision of legal services to low income and vulnerable populations. The members are chosen from our 33 county service area to assure that our board reflects the diversity of the people we serve. The Board meets 4 times a year in one of our offices around the service area. Our board is committed to assuring that those with brutal legal needs in our service area can  access our services.
