Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging statement

We believe a diverse, equitable, and inclusive team enriches our work experiences, enhances our legal representation, deepens our client connections, and impacts the communities we serve in powerful and positive ways. With our core values of equity, dignity, fairness, and respect, we welcome and celebrate all social identities, including race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, nation of origin, age, language, ability, socioeconomic status, and religion/non-religion.

We don’t just work here. We belong here.
