Money & Debt

We help people preserve their income or assets from bill collectors or when their wages have been garnished. We help people get their driver’s license back when they have an unpaid civil judgement against them. We defend people when they’ve been sued and have a credible defense or counter claim. We help people from lawsuits when creditors fraudulently obtained the debt or when third party collectors are overly aggressive.

We provide high quality legal representation to help our clients achieve their goals in the following areas:

Chapter 7 provides relief to debtors regardless of the amount of debts owed or whether a debtor is able to pay or not.

Chapter 13 enables individuals with regular income to develop a plan to repay all or part of their debts. Under this chapter, debtors propose a repayment plan to make installments to creditors over three to five years.

Wage garnishments are court-ordered deductions taken from an employee's pay to satisfy a debt or legal obligation.

Debt collection is when a collection agency or company tries to collect past-due debts from borrowers.
