Legal Aid of the Bluegrass is open daily from 8:30am-4:30pm. All offices are closed from 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch.

Our intake department offers live intake options. Our live intake is open Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Calls are answered in the order they are received.

LABG does not have the ability to meet with walk-ins to the office. If you do not have a phone, each LABG office has a designated phone in reception you can use to contact live intake.

LABG proudly partners with the Heart of Kentucky United Way to serve the elderly, low-income and vulnerable families experiencing violence, issues with public or government benefits or criminal records expungement (when eligible) in Boyle, Garrard, Lincoln, and Mercer. LABG also serves the elderly in Clark, Estill, Lawrence, Madison, and Powell Counties.

Legal aid protects the rights of people living at or near poverty with legal problems such as: housing, consumer, family and public benefits. We ensure access to justice for all people, including veterans, the elderly, those who are disabled and victims of domestic violence. You can call us to apply for assistance Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Calls are answered in the order they are received.
