LABG Helps Kentucky Storm Victims

Image
Severe storms, tornados, and strong winds devastated areas of the tri-state on March 1, 2017. Legal Aid of the Bluegrass can help storm victims recover stability by resolving issues relating to housing, possible eligibility for disaster benefits and alerting victims and their families of scams that will further destabilize them.

If your property was damaged by the storms and you need help filing an insurance claim or replacing important papers, please contact Legal Aid of the Bluegrass at 859-431-8200. Please identify yourself as a storm victim in your voicemail so our disaster relief team can get back with you.

The Appalachian Research & Defense Fund is also helping provide civil legal relief to victims in their service area which includes many Eastern and Southeastern KY counties.  They can be reached at 1-866-277-5733.

Check back for more information as it becomes available.
