Online intake: We allow people to apply for services through the website. The information we collect is used to determine if you qualify for free help from Legal Aid of the Bluegrass. The online application will require you to provide personally identifiable information, such as your income, citizenship status, social security number, address and information about your legal issue. All information collected is sent directly to Legal Aid of the Bluegrass case management system through an application programming interface (API). Your information will be stored on the website for no more than one week, after which it will be deleted and exist only in the proprietary systems of Legal Aid of the Bluegrass.
