We help people in Central Kentucky and Morehead complete pro se divorce forms to get a divorce on their own. Divorces can help people and children leave bad situations, establish independence, and provide a positive economic impact.
Scope of work (2-3 hours):
- Attend scheduled clinic
- Supervise law students at event
- Answer client questions regarding divorce paperwork
- If needed, serve as guardian ad litem or warning order attorney
- Serve as an ambassador for LABG to clients and local courts
- These clinics may be conducted remotely or in-person
